20 POINT SAFETY INSPECTION
- CLEAN Unit
- Check for visible Damage and report to supervisor
- Check for Service complete as required
- Check All Lights including Safety Warning Lights
- Check all Safety Warning Devices Horn/Reverse Alarm
- Check all Gauges/Instruments and wiring
- Check neutral safety switch
- Check Footbrake and Handbrake operation
- Check Steering operation
- Check all Hydraulic functions
- Check all Mast, Carriage and AttachmentOperation
- Check for Oil/Fluid leaks
- Check all Oil/Fluid Levels
- Check Battery/Charger Operation (if applicable)
- Check Seat/Seat Belt operation and condition
- Check Overhead Guard and Load Guard
- Check Tyres and Lift Chains
- Check Load Rating Plate and Decals levers and safety
- Check Wheel Nuts/Clamps/Rims
- Check Tyre condition and pressures
